Nice to virtually meet you! 8 years ago I was in your shoes. I hated working out and signed up with a gym because I wanted to lose weight and get in shape. I HATED going to the gym and was intimidated by all the equipment. I didn't want to look stupid, so I avoided most weights even though I KNEW I should be using them.
