I started working out and being more self-conscious of what I was consuming. As I made progress, it pushed me further and further to better myself and keep setting goals to achieve. Fast forward to 2025, I am down ~30lbs and achieved a serious change in body composition.
So, given my already desire to help people and my newfound lifestyle of fitness and health, I decided becoming a personal trainer would be a great accomplishment and fulfillment for me. Over the years I’ve spent hundreds of hours studying workouts, how to structure my training, supplementation, nutrition, and what works and doesn’t work. Combining my knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, and structured training, I quickly obtained my personal training certification.
